The hotel rooms were a good size. There was a garden right outside, with what seemed like a jungle. The pool was of a good size too. It was nice that airport drop off was included.
The staff did not speak much English. I found them largely unresponsive to emails and messages before and after the stay. The drinks at the bar outside the resort were not great. I found this disappointing.

The airport shuttle i booked never arrived. I had to pay for a taxi myself. also. The tv in my room did not work and staff said it was unfixable. i expected better service and more attention to detail! especially concerning transportation.

The hotel is very close to Phuket International Airport. This made our travel easy. I could walk to the beach just across the street and found nice restaurants. The staff were friendly. The pool was big, so I enjoyed relaxing and cooling off there after exploring.
The resort advertises an airport transfer, but this service has a limited time, from 7 am to 5 pm. I needed to depart before 7 am, so the transfer was not free. The hotel didn't offer a solution when I raised the issue

i found the staff very kind and responsive. they tried their best to. breakfast had lots of choices with both western and asian options available. the resort is in a quiet location with street food options within a 5-10 minute walk.
the communal lights stayed on all night. the curtains didn't block them out sufficiently. i would have been fed up if staying more than one night.

I loved how close this hotel was to the airport. It made my early morning departure stress-free! the free one-way airport transfer worked perfectly for my arrival. i enjoyed being able to store my luggage safely before check-in, giving me time to explore nearby.

Our bungalow was spacious with beautiful wood accents. the surrounding tropical plants gave a feeling of seclusion. it was nice that the beach was just across the road.. and it allowed for easy access to local shops. the staff were very friendly.

i found the pool very clean and well maintained it offered sunbeds for total sun exposure there were also sizeable umbrellas and a roofed section covering other sunbeds the rooms felt sizeable and clean breakfast had a wide variety i liked that. the resort had lots of greenery i also liked the large swimming pool with a generous amount of loungers.
